Yes. You can share an idea, story, occasion, colour palette or inspiration, and we can develop a custom concept around it.

The final design will depend on the product, material, production technique, timeline and budget.

Reference images can be used to understand your preferred style, colours and overall direction.

The final piece may be adapted according to available materials, product construction, production feasibility and intellectual property considerations. An exact replica is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed.

Where applicable, a design, mock-up, artwork layout or placement preview will be shared for approval before production.

You must carefully check names, spellings, dates, colours and placement before providing final approval.

Changes after final approval may not be possible once production has started.

Where a change is technically possible, additional charges and production time may apply.

Pricing depends on the base product, material, size, artwork, customisation technique, stones or embellishments, LED components, labour, quantity, urgency and delivery requirements.

Prices displayed on the website or social media may be starting or indicative prices.

Yes. The required advance and payment schedule will be communicated before order confirmation.

Design work, sourcing or production may begin only after the advance payment has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid within the communicated timeline and before dispatch or collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A parcel may be placed on hold until the complete balance payment has been received and verified.

Available payment methods may include UPI, bank transfer or another payment method communicated during the order process.

Never share your UPI PIN, banking password, card PIN or CVV with Shop Revaup.

The LED lights are designed to last for up to 50,000 hours.

The LED system does not need to be charged because it is battery-operated and uses replaceable AA batteries.

A controller is placed securely inside the jacket. To activate the LED lights, AA Duracell batteries must be inserted into the controller.

Batteries are not included with orders shipped outside Delhi due to shipping restrictions. Customers receiving such orders will need to purchase the required AA batteries separately.

No. Our LED jackets do not require charging. The LED controller operates using replaceable AA batteries.

Batteries may be provided for eligible Delhi orders. We do not provide or ship batteries with orders outside Delhi due to shipping restrictions.

Customers outside Delhi will need to purchase suitable AA Duracell batteries separately.

Production time depends on the product, design complexity, material availability, quantity and current workload.

An estimated timeline will be communicated before the order is confirmed. Customer delays in approval, payment or measurements may affect the timeline.

Urgent orders may be accepted where production capacity permits. An urgency charge may apply.

Yes, Shop Revaup delivers orders across India through third-party courier and logistics providers.

You must provide accurate sizes or measurements according to the instructions shared during the order process.

Shop Revaup is not responsible for fit issues resulting directly from incorrect or incomplete measurements supplied or approved by the customer.

A cancellation request should be communicated as early as possible.

Once design work, sourcing, procurement or production has begun, the advance is generally non-refundable because costs and labour may already have been committed.

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are ordinarily unavailable because customised products are prepared according to the customer’s selected specifications.

Wrong items, verified manufacturing defects, transit damage or products materially different from the approved order will be assessed under our Return & Exchange Policy .

Contact Shop Revaup within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging and courier label.

Keep the original packaging and provide an unboxing video where reasonably available, especially for transit-damage claims.

Follow all product-specific care instructions provided with your order.
